Making An Appointment

You do not need a GP or Psychiatry referral to make an appointment. However, if you are claiming through your private health insurance, a referral may be necessary. I am a registered provider with most of the major insurance companies in the UK including BUPA, AXA/PPP, SimplyHealth, & Norwich Union.

I am happy to briefly discuss any questions or concerns you might have prior to coming in for an appointment via phone or e-mail. Please be assured that all correspondence will be treated with the utmost confidence.

What to Expect at Your First Appointment

Your first appointment acts as an assessment, and provides an opportunity to better understand the nature of your difficulties and what you are looking for in therapy. By the end of the assessment, I will be able to tell you how I might be able to help and what I can offer.

Of course, the first appointment is also an opportunity for you to decide whether or not you would like to work with me! It’s vital you feel comfortable with your therapist, and it’s not until you spend face-to-face time with somebody that you can definitively make this decision.

Fees

My fee is £130 per session.  I can sometimes offer concessions under particular circumstances.

Location

Upper Woburn place is located directly across the street from Euston station, and like Hamilton House, is easily accessed from King’s Cross and St. Pancras stations.:
